Field Service and Training Representative

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to help our customers and organization succeed. The Field Service and Training Representative is a member of the Field Service Department and will perform installations, provide training, as well as field service support to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a positive attitude and passion for customer service who thrives in a fast paced work environment and possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and deliver online and onsite hands-on product trainings for physicians and medical staff ranging from 2-4 hours
  • Perform onsite installations of photographic hardware equipment and Canfield computer software
  • Assist technical support teams and distributor partner field teams with troubleshooting regarding installation, operation, and calibration of medical photography systems and software
  • Post-sale customer account management, including scheduling additional trainings and periodic check-ins
  • Communicate and respond to customer inquiries in a thoughtful, thorough, professional, timely, and efficient manner
  • Provide feedback to product management and development teams continually to add value to client relationships and product experiences
  • Document customer activity and training notes in thorough service reports and into Customer Relationship Management system
  • Understand and communicate business benefits, features, and functionality of Canfield solutions

Core Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent and minimum 2 years in a professional corporate setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver quality presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-60% during busy times of the year with the ability to lift, move, and carry equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Adaptability in a fast paced environment as well as multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and provide guidance on how to best leverage software tools
  • Experience in, and comfort with, utilizing all aspects of computer technology as well as utilizing basic hardware tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines, willingness to learn, and adhere to travel and training schedules

Desired:
  • Experience in a training/sales team or in the medical/aesthetic field is a plus
  • Technical aptitude in dealing with computer hardware and software products
  • Public speaking/photography knowledge is advantageous
  • Bilingual a plus
