Customer Service Associate

An ideal candidate for our Customer Service Associate position is an individual who works well in a team environment, is experienced in Microsoft Office, is highly organized and self-motivated. The candidate is detail oriented, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
 
Job Description:
  •    Responsible for all aspects of tradeshow registration, coordinating details with event organizers as well as internal event managers
  •    Complete all types of travel arrangements for both events and individuals
  •    Manage incoming emails distributing as required as well as setting technical support/training cases
  •    Assist with sales order processing in ERP, service contract renewals, and RMA handling including repair quotes
  •    Input data and customer information into tracking system ensuring accuracy
  •    Assist clients with operation of the patient portal, escalating issues when appropriate
  •    Clerical duties such as copying, filing, and sorting documents
 
Core Requirements:
  •    Associate’s degree or at least 2 years related work experience
  •    Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
  •    Experience in event and travel arrangements on a corporate level
  •    Strong customer service and time management abilities
  •    Ability to demonstrate professionalism in any situation through all forms of communication
 
Desired:
  •   Digital photography knowledge is advantageous
  •   Familiarity with medical devices, medical terminology, and technical terms is a plus
